Stretch!
Who took advantage of this 5 minute stretch video this morning? 🙋🏻‍♀️ I did (only because I’m not at work today) and what did I learn……. that I need to stretch my body more! Especially since stretching can:
* help lengthen overactive, or tight muscles
*increases flexibility
*reduce stress and helps release tension
*helps alleviate back pain
*increase your comfort during daily activities
*show a significant boost in brain health
Stretching is essential for preventative care!
