Journaling
Reminding myself to be more deliberate and consistent about journaling! I’m doing it but I think I’m mostly just going through the motions. I need to take a minute to really feel the words I’m writing.
I’m going to use one journal to record my regular feedings, thoughts, affirmations and nutrition into one journal. Ok starting tonight 😊
