Resistance Training
I love soldierfit bootcamp and personal training because these workouts incorporate resistance training and those functional exercises. I’ve used all of those items mentioned in the video. I feel so much stronger and have more stamina than I’ve had in years. This summer, I did a lot of yard work and would have never been able to handle bags of mulch and stone without this training. 💪
