Sunday is my day to plan, meal prep, get things ready for my week ahead. I knock out school assignments also.

My issue has been my hashimoto’s…….everything is slower for me. I know slow and steady wins the race. It’s hard to keep that mindset sometimes because I see people getting amazing results and it just takes longer for me. Trying to find more holistic ways to heal my thyroid and not be pumped full of prescription meds!

I have learned a lot!! I have set attainable goals. I have made myself get up and work out, even on the days I didn’t always want to. I have managed my time better. I have prepped meals and ate healthier. And I have held myself accountable!
