I have been working on this entertainment channel for two years and have 186,000 subscribers. On this channel, I post short-form content (I also have a long-form channel with 1k subs) On a bad month, I get 10 million views; on a good month, I can get 30 million views, but I can never convert those views into $. Eagerly waiting for advice from anyone that can help.

And I haven´t seen any success. I know that I have to keep going and get better. It´s a long road. I want to get some feedback to know what I could do better. I have been working on my storytelling, authenticity, charisma, and influence a lot because I hate editing and to be honest I only consume real, raw unedited videos that just give a lot of value, so that is what I'm doing as well.
