I'm currently on a PPLC split
for those not familiar with the terminology yet PPL stands for Push pull legs and my personal C is for cardio
Push - exercises where your main focus is on pull weight think back and bicep exercises
Push - exercises where your main focus is on pushing the weight think chest and tricep exercises
Legs - self explanatory, exercises where your main focus is one legs
Cardio - I do bodyweight exercises and cardio
