I Was Tricked into Speaking on Stage to 2,500 People
By Day 3 of my Thailand work trip, I thought the worst was over. I’d just wrapped 5 sessions of product training for 150 people each a nerve-wracking experience, but I made it through. Then came the next surprise: “You’re presenting to 2,500 people tomorrow. Just a quick screen share. No big deal.” Sounded simple enough. No spotlight. No stage. Just my voice and some slides. But no one told the camera crew that 😭 So, as soon as I started speaking... BOOM! Fucking cameraman comes right into my face. 🎥 And I see... My face projected for 2,500 people to see LIVE. I had no prep. No polished look. My hair looked super messy too. For a good 15 seconds, I froze. But then, I remembered the day before: The shaky start. The awkward moments. And how, by the end, I figured it out. So I sat down, stared into the crowd, and spoke. It wasn’t perfect. But it was real. And that was enough. AND THE CRAZY THING? Just me going up there made the company $200,000. 🤑 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And that's exactly how things happen for us YouTubers: You’re waiting for the perfect gear, perfect script, perfect moment to focus on your YouTube brand. But perfection is a myth. And fear? It never goes away. The only way to beat it? Start messy. Show up scared. Because confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you build. Post your next video. Let it be awkward. Let it be bad. Because with every upload, you’ll get better. And one day, you’ll look back and think: “I’m not afraid of this anymore.”

I Was FORCED to Speak in Front of 150 People (SCARY)
Last week, I was on a work trip to Thailand. (Yes, I have a 9-5 job as I need a visa in Malaysia) Anyways... Day 2 of the event, I was thrown a curveball: “You’ve to do a 15-min product training session in front of 150 people. Oh, and… it’ll be in Hindi.” Here’s the thing: Hindi isn’t my first language. English is. I panicked. I tried to get out of it. Prayed someone else would step in. No luck. By the evening, I had no choice but to step up. I would have to do 3 or so sessions with 150 people each, I was told. Session 1: My hands were shaking. My voice cracked. I stumbled through the whole thing. Session 2: Slightly better. I started getting the hang of it. Session 3: Something shifted. I leaned into the discomfort. I asked questions. Cracked jokes. Told stories. And it kept going... So I kept getting better. By the time I hit Session 5, I was thriving. I wasn’t just speaking… I was connecting. That’s when I realized something: Confidence doesn’t come before action. It comes after. You don’t “feel ready” and then start. You start, fumble, and learn until you become ready. The takeaway for us YouTubers: Your first few uploads will feel awkward. You’ll stumble. You’ll overthink every word. But every video no matter how bad teaches you something. And with enough reps, you’ll find your flow. So stop waiting for the perfect moment. Hit record. Post it. Lean into the discomfort. Because confidence isn’t the starting line. It’s the reward.

A post on my progress (again)
I am Ditching ADHD Editing. I’m officially done with ADHD editing. Spending hours tweaking every single frame? It’s exhausting, and honestly, I’ve realized I hate video editing. So, I’m making a big switch: moving to Canva slides. Why? It’s all about efficiency. Canva slides are 80/20—minimal effort, maximum output. Instead of obsessing over transitions or animations, I can focus on what really matters: lever-moving tasks like crafting better ideas, understanding my audience, growing my channel strategically and writing better scripts. Editing was holding me back, sucking up time that could be spent on the stuff that pushes the needle forward. With this change, I’m hoping to create faster, stress less, and grow smarter. Anyone else simplifying their workflow or got any advices for me ? Let' me know.

A post about MY PROGRESS ✌️
it's Gonna be short. So this whole year, PERFECTIONISM dictated my time, ngl, it's the hard pill to swallow for me, but I've not created enough vids. I didn't even reach double digits in the number of vids I've created. I am admitting it publicly. But I won't just let it happen like this. I am doing a 20 hour challenge. It means, I'll start a 20 hour timer as I'll start working on a video, and as the timer rings, No matter, where I am at the video progress, Either editing it or just reading the script. I'd have to publish. I had to announce it. It's like a train situation. The train's leaving, either you're on it, or You're watching it disappear in the distance. I don't want this idea to be another idea in my notion having dust. So thanks Mihir. This post was about me, And I am working on a real banger post, it'll be out in the field soon. Btw, a sidenote, it's 4.30 am in the night when I am writing this. And brooooo, time flies by. 2025 will be a thing in 19 days.

F*CK PHOTOSHOP THUMBNAILS
I NEVER wasted my time learning Photoshop for YouTube thumbnails. Best decision I ever made. Instead of learning fancy tools, I focused on what actually gets clicks thumbnail psychology. Now, I use Canva to make thumbnails that get MORE views than most Photoshop experts ever will. Here’s what I’ve learned: Your thumbnail isn’t just a graphic. It’s a trap for attention. If it doesn’t make people stop scrolling, it doesn’t matter how “pretty” it looks. Your job is to make them FEEL something they can’t ignore: •Fear: “What if I miss this?” •Dreams: “That could be me.” •Curiosity: “I NEED to know what happens next.” And here’s the crazy part: If you nail the psychology, you don’t need Photoshop. You don’t need insane design skills. You just need ONE thing: A thumbnail that gets inside your audience’s head and forces them to click. Forget perfection. Focus on what works.
