It has now been 3 days waiting for my contact exports and still none. I have paid for 7 months and it seems this entire site is failing to deliver on its promises.

not only is Willa.com opportunities extremely slow to load, I am still waiting for my downloaded contacts for many days. I have now downloaded again and am still waiting. It seems like a waste to have a subscription and not get any contacts.

Hey all! So I currently cannot use my account at all 🫠 I was trying to find something in the settings, clicked the wrong thing, and wound up back at the matchmaking process for finding potential clients that you get when you first set up your Willa account. As I had no way to get out of it — even moving to a different browser didn't help — I just blazed through it, skipping all the prompts hoping that my account wouldn't be affected. But noooowww, I'm still stuck in that setup process, frozen on step 3 where you would typically find your first match. 1) Is there any way my account can be restored to how it was, before November 21st? And... 2) Can you please fix the bug that led me down this path? Me getting stuck on that very first setup screen happened to me once before, right when the beta came out, but I managed to get out of it somehow without affecting my account. I'm honestly really surprised this is something that hasn't been fixed — granted I should've said something then, but regardless, why can't you just go to the previous page if you accidentally go to that starting process? Also, happy thanksgiving to those that celebrate !!! :)

Another question about the beta. Not that you answered the first question anyway. If you unlock the full paid subscription are you able to search for the exact brands contact that you need. Say I want to email 7eleven marketing can I just pull that up?
