Injured
Hey Everyone,
I've unfortunately been injured for a bit now, so have not been able to engage in quality workouts as much as I've liked. Have had to rely on a lot of walking. Curious if anyone has any tips regarding how to take care of your health when injured? I don't know if anyone else can relate to this, but I go stir crazy if I can't move lol.
