Workout 7/15!
Today I worked out in the morning which I don't normally do, but I did Shoulder and Arms. My usual workout split is doing every muscle group by itself. So legs, chest, back, arms, and shoulders all on different days. But today was nice to see how doing shoulder and arms work together. I also went with my friend Colin who showed me some exercises that he does and I don't normally do.
