I was retired after 30+ tough years at USPS, sitting in my "fixer" home, stressing over my fixed income, and unable to finance paying for the necessary repairs after years of -- what's the polite phrase? -- "deferred maintenance!" An employee of Jason's company cold-called me, leading to a speedy "as-is" sale of the loved -- but no longer lovely -- house! That sale put enough money in my pocket for me to move to the other side of the 🌍 🌎 world, and begin a new, dreamy life in awesome Thailand!! My fixed income goes W-A-Y further here, and the extra money in my pocket provides a comfortable cushion. Thank you FOREVER, Jason!! 😘💋

Greetings, I am new to this group. I operate as a Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Agent in the Sacramento Area and have for a couple of decades. I have also done one wholesale deal, tons of private money deals, and for the last few years have studied extensively, non-traditional real estate and non-traditional financing. Hello, I am Jacob. I have flipped houses with my family since 2014. We have done 276 properties and 49 so far this year. I am solely responsible for our marketing, acquisitions, and assignments. I am also a sales coach (just started a sales coaching program). Jason has been a ton of help over the last 5 years that I've known him. When my head starts to get too big, I remind myself there are much bigger fish out there like Jason.

Thanks for the invite to this group! I bought my first investment property in 1999 a two family which I still own and was able to quit my Just Over Broke JOB in 2005 and go full time self unemployed. I found the non performing note business in 2007 which has been fantastic. I never really wholesaled a house, did my share of flips and bought some great deals at auction in the past 4 years. I am looking forward to the conversations in this group!
