Project manadgement team mate

Hi all,

I'm planning my future videography business and I'm wondering if you have any experience with hiring someone for backoffice work (keeping in touch with the clients, organizing shooting days and post production). If so what are your experiences? How do you pay for this type of work? Also, is it possible to include the relationship building with potential clients as well?

For me it would be a good deal if I could share the business income with someone who would organize these things. I appriciate if you share your insights!
