Not a bad year…so far. I’ve worked less, as I’m not interested in making million+ this year. In fact, I don’t care about making money at all anymore. I have all I need. Homes, land, investments, vehicles, etc. I have baby #2 due next week so I’ve taken more time off this year. I’ve worked less and charged more. Here’s what I did different. 1.) I’ve taken less jobs and charged more for my services without explaining why I’m so expensive. If asked, all I say is, “that’s what my clients pay me.” 2.) I’ve simplified offers and just sold LinkedIn reels and long form YouTube videos and testimony videos. 3.) I retargeted 25% of everyone I’ve done business with this year instead of going to BNI. 4.) I’ve went to panel discussions and summits with ONLY the top leaders. Usually 300-500 people there. I introduced myself and followed up later 5.) If spent all my energy on LinkedIn and it’s starting to work. It’s a LONG relationship game on LinkedIn but it works. 6.) I’ve done less work and hired my associates more. I want to be home with my family meanwhile there are others who love filmmaking WAY MORE than I do. I don’t like shooting videos, I like building businesses and helping others do it. 7.) I’ve diversified my passive income streams to offset daily expenses. 8.) I’ve kept my taxable income down….share how in private.
