Progress day 11
Lunch was Earls, and delicious!! Virgin Caesar and two glasses of water to go with this curry soup I wish I had the recipe for and Cajun oven roasted salmon 馃い I ate half of the main so I have lunch for tomorrow- score.
Movement breaks, amazing coaching call in my Mind Magic program, it鈥檚 been an awesome experience being 34, and it鈥檚 only getting better from here 馃ぉ
