My Challenge (or opportunity?)
I had this question posted on X a few days ago. It started an interesting discussion. What is what we are really selling? Design isn't it. Flimsy, a Canva job today. Branding is washed out. GenAI is still seen a dubious. I feel I'm in the midst of some major transition, I just can't read the signs yet. My challenge: How can I combine (and present) my passion for both brand development and Generative AI as way to promote and support innovation? It's almost like the two brain hemispheres. Branding wants to cover the left side, while GenAI and Design leans heavily on the right (not that I always like things on the right). Is there a contradiction or a blend of two forces? Tell me. http://MarcPoschDesign.com Below a few samples of recent AI explorations. I'm more and more passionate about this shit

I felt so embarrassed reaching out…
…to an old colleague - I thought he would think I’m needy. I worked with him 10 years ago when I was at another company. He was in a position i am in now. So, to „close the loop“ (and not sound “needy”) I just wrote: “Hi X! following your footsteps (well, sort of 😁) I’ve now joined a real-time agency as technical director. Let’s keep in touch Sebastian” And the fear kicked in. Was that too obvious? Will he even know who I am? Will he even reply?” 10 minutes later!! “Hey Sebastian So great to hear from you! Would you believe I just saw your name on a labor spreadsheet on Monday and thought of you ha ha ha and I believe that's why you thought of me I'm freelancing now and also considering a few offers I'm still living in xxxxx and working abroad here's my cell xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx Best of luck on the new job. I'll take a look at their website shortly. All the best, X” All the worry for nothing!! Even should have just bluntly asked if he’s got something on the plate he wants my Input on. So! DO REACH OUT! Sebastian

Analysis Paralysis
A LinkedIn connection shared these images with me, it's very descriptive about analysis paralysis, and procrastination.
