Hello everyone, I've days where I'm fully focused and trade after my system. But sometimes I don't know what happens in my brain, I overtrade, I go against my rules, I lose many trades in a row, and it feels like I am another person. After that I realize what I did. There are also days where I'm in profit, but my inner self wants more profit, even then when it's really more than enough. It feels like I can't get enough. I don't know exactly how to deal with it on a long term basis. Do you have some tips? Thanks in advance for your support

Everywhere in social media we see the luxury lifes of traders. They can get everything and dont worry about nothing. I dont really like the way it is presented, showing that trading is easy and you just need to follow only his/her trading groupin telegram or instrgram and you will be rich in few days. What I am really wondering, what is essential for becoming profitable. I am struggling with emotions and rules. I do know that they should be and try to follow them and the trading plan is also done, but later in the trading day it becomes really crazy and it goes somewhere in other direction. What you could advise on that? Can you share you thoughts and experience on that topic?

When I start trading I try to make myself aware that this is a process but it is complicated because I confuse the results with the process, if I manage to make money I feel like I am a good trader but if I continually lose I think I am a bad trader. Any advice? How do I clear my mind?
