Whenever I get a customer question Iβve already answered a million times, I donβt waste time typing it out again. Instead, I use βcannedβ responses Iβve saved for my most common questionsβthings like βWhen will my order ship?β or βDo you accept custom requests?β I have a few go-to replies saved in Etsyβs messaging system, so I just click, tweak if needed, and send. It saves a ton of time, and customers get a quick response without me having to re-type the same info over and over!
