We are thrilled to announce our first completely free course is available RIGHT NOW in our classroom. This course contains a short lecture with everything anyone needs to know to get from never having done a strength training program before to understanding strength training basics, evaluate programs for their effectiveness, and completing your first strength training program. The course also includes lecture notes to follow along if you like, as well as a document of beginner strength training program templates. Announcement 7/4/2024 - Pipeline of Courses and Events
First day! Welcome to the Tiger Strength Online Community! Here's what's coming in the next few weeks: 1. Weekly Q&As will be starting on Saturday July 13th, you can submit questions before hand by posting them in the general discussion OR you can show up live and we can discuss them then. 2. Our first discussion/debates are being planned, we hope to have AT LEAST one posted this month. We have a longevity guest planned, some fellow strength training gurus slotted to come on, and lots of people who disagree with us about nutrition. Should be fun! 3. The Official Tiger Strength Nutrition Program is in development! Hopefully it will launch in July or August. It has already gone through several iterations as I have learned so much more already. There will be a fat loss, maintenance, and muscle growth program, and I haven't yet decided if they should be included in a single course or be broken up into multiple smaller courses to a) lower the cost for you and b) reduce redundancies in the programs themselves. Please give us your thoughts! 4. I have developed a half dozen strength training programs for novices and intermediates, as well as a library of famous programs that I will provide PDFs for in this community. Additionally, there will be a strength training basics course, and an intermediate course in development as soon as the nutrition courses are completed. These will be available hopefully by the end of the year. I will be watching and participating in the discussions here every single day so please let me know what other events/discussions/courses we can plan/develop for you to add more value.
