50 push ups
5 minutes off hitting the bag or shadow boxing
Tuesday
50 squats / lunges
5 minutes off hitting the bag or shadow boxing
Wednesday
50 push ups = 5 points
5 minutes off hitting the bag or shadow boxing = 5 points
Thursday
50 squats / lunges
5 minutes off hitting the bag or shadow boxing
Friday
50 push ups = 5 points
5 minutes off hitting the bag or shadow boxing = 5 points
Saturday
Shadow boxing or hitting the bag
Run
Sunday rest or run for extra points
