Word of encouragement as we wrap up the week! What are your non-negotiables?
For myself, movement is a staple. 10k steps is my minimum to reach daily, ideally during two walks: one upon waking and one after dinner to calm my nervous system in the AM and support my blood sugar post-dinner. I also aim for 3-4 strength training sessions a week. ππ»ββοΈ
Drinking 3-4 liters of filtered, mineralized water is crucial. π¦
Reading for 20 minutes daily β my current read is "How To Become Superhuman" by Joe Dispenza.
Spending time in nature π²π on my walks.
