Happy Tuesday! July 30th, your weekly commitment!
Hello beautiful people! Last week I spoke about non negotiables and commitments to our health. I simply wanted to drop a word of encouragement to all of you and ask what is the 1️⃣ thing you are committed to this week for your health?
This can be, a daily walk, mediation, 2-3 days of strength training, yoga, sauna, cleaning the house cleaning supplies for low toxicity options, cleaning the pantry of what doesn’t serve you, time in nature you are the creator of your life and so you choose how you want it to be 💫👏.
I also wanted to ask you all what topic would you like to learn more of within the community in a video format that can live in the classroom?
These are the first topics that comes up for myself that would help you all but I want to know what you desire to learn.

(Image) Everyday when I go on my walk I choose these little walking paths near the ponds and forest 🌳 to get some time in nature, listen to the birds and simply calm my nervous system. Highly recommend it!
