C'mon, brag a little...What accomplishments or goals have you met fitness wise as a father/dad? I love having something to work towards and find it to be a type of therapy as I push myself towards physical goals. Here are mine:
-x2 half marathons
-x1 marathon
-Zion 20mile trail race
-Ran 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours (Goggin's challenge)
-Benched 315lbs
-80hr fast (one of the hardest things I have done)
-MURPH under 50min
What should I do in 2025? I am so scared of triathlons because of the swimming!
