What happens when you shift your mindset from old thought patterns to new ones? Your brain creates new neural pathways that can change your current reality. Try these two things: 1. Meditate daily on what you want your life to look like, i.e. visually imagine. 2. Think about a recurring thought e.g. "you can't do that", or "you aren't good enough, you will fail" that pops into your head on a daily basis and then replace it with a thought that will create the opposite in your life.
