Shifting your Mindset
What happens when you shift your mindset from old thought patterns to new ones?
Your brain creates new neural pathways that can change your current reality.
Try these two things:
  1. Meditate daily on what you want your life to look like, i.e. visually imagine.
  2. Think about a recurring thought e.g. "you can't do that", or "you aren't good enough, you will fail" that pops into your head on a daily basis and then replace it with a thought that will create the opposite in your life.
