Bitter Sweet News
1) people have been hearing our message. And absolutely love it. To the point where we have been offered an opportunity. Another group has asked me to come aboard their online community and help build a veterans/men’s mental health column. 2) therefore, I am going to shut this one down, and focus on that one. Which is awesome, but also sucks because I put a lot of work into this lol 3) the reason I’m doing this is because the engagement was super low here. Which I expected, but there they already have thousands of people. Which I can accelerate how I get this message out to people. 4) I greatly appreciate you guys participating in this with me for the time it lasted. If you are anyone you know needs help, PLEASE send them my way! We can help them! I love you guys!

Updates!
1) You guys are still being shy 2) I just landed a crazy awesome opportunity in a different state. It is requiring me to be busy during the day. Therefore, I am having to change my meeting times to the Evenings, and only 2 days a week. This will probably change once I am settled. 3) The next week is hectic so I won't be able to do Tuesday, BUT I promise I will start back up this Thursday. This community and movement is very important to me. I still want you guys inviting people. Starting to release YouTube videos inviting people to join, but I would much rather have word of mouth. Thank you so much!

Dont be shy!
Monday/Tomorrow is the official launch of the community! I know it’s going to be a slow burn and that’s okay. I believe it will build into something very important. This community is a place for men to be men. To encourage that culture. Especially for veterans. This entire project was constructed in order to help veterans and men to get their mental health back on track. While simultaneously helping a whole stack of other health issues. Chronic illness, joint pain, obesity, confidence, etc. So I ask that we be as good a community as any. Please introduce yourself. Welcome others. Be inclusive. Be however active you want to be, but the more active you are, the more of a difference you’ll make. As of right now, I will have an open zoom call (in the calendar) 4 days a week at 2pm Mountain Time. This time is subject to change based on demands. We will have a variety of coaches and speakers on these calls! Your time to ask questions, bond, make connections, build camaraderie, etc. Again I am pumped you are willing to be here to help support the vision. If you know anyone that could benefit from this group, please spread the word. I absolutely love you guys! Steaks, Strangles, and Stoicism. “Don’t do drugs, and don’t eat vegetables.”
