Can I claim STR search service fee as tax deductible ? If it’s how can I do it? Do I need LLC or can I do it even with directly ?

I’m trying to close one STVR asap, but not able to find right one, I tried with STR search service but they can’t close deal and renovate house with in short time. Is anyone can help me to find good property or atleast suggest good area, I don’t want to loose my tax dollars this year. Really appreciate your inputs
