Hello to all. I am here to learn and grow as always. I’m from the US living in England (for now). I’m a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist who specialized in Geriatrics and now Pelvic Floor. I am a registered yoga teacher with herbalism training. I have trained in Reiki I and II and I am a meditation teacher. I know I know…pick one. I’m very interested in growing my yoga and meditation practice and offerings. Glad to be here.
