Hello, hello 🧡💫

So excited to be part of this community. My name is Charlotte and I am a yoga and meditation teacher from Germany. I joined Insight Timer about two years ago, but have been struggling with keeping the momentum going, even though I love recording and sharing practices.

Looking forward to hear your stories and motivate each other as I know this work is so important and supports so many people.

I also work as a flight attendant and am all about travel, breathwork and nervous system care!
