Grateful and Excited!

I just posted my first free guided meditation on insight timer! I’m still waiting for approval and I know it isn’t perfect but I’m proud of myself for doing the work and showing up for myself and putting myself out in the world. It takes courage to know you’ll be judged. It makes me so happy to think that I can help people and possibly earn money and have fun all at once.
