Thank you all SO much for your support listening and rating my meditations!! I'm filling out the form to teach yoga live and they want a demo video.

Do you do anything tech wise? Or are they just checking regular audio / video capabilities of your computer?

Also, you are just talking and telling them about your classes you plan to teach, informal chatting or did you prepare something?

Thanks so much, this is my last step before I submit my application and appreciate your thoughts!
