Introduction
Hey everyone, my names Josh I’m based over here in Tampa FL and I have a wholesale business here. Looking to grow my capital and invest it into Land throughout my 20s. Hoping to close on my first couple desert squares here soon, I’m a newbie in the land business and real estate as a whole, started wholesaling flips last summer, but communities like this help speed up the process for sure so I’m super grateful to be here and hoping to learn, grow and of course do some deals!
