Release Agreement

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my participation as a guest on "X Podcast" (the "Podcast"):

Grant of Rights:

I hereby grant to the Podcast, its producers, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Producers"), the right to record, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use my interview and any related content (the "Content") in any media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity.

I understand that the Producers will retain ownership of the Podcast and all episodes, including the Content.

Guest Rights:

I am granted the right to share and distribute the Content on my personal and professional platforms, including but not limited to my website, social media accounts, and other digital platforms, provided that such use is non-commercial and credits the Podcast.

Use of Likeness:

I consent to the use of my name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the Podcast.

Editing and Production:

I acknowledge that the Producers have the right to edit and modify the Content as they see fit and that I will not have approval rights over the final version of the Content.

Waiver of Compensation:

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for my participation in the Podcast or for the use of the Content as described herein.

Release and Waiver:

I release and discharge the Producers from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have, including but not limited to claims based on defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity, arising out of or relating to the use of the Content.

I have read and understand this Podcast Guest Release Form and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
