Hey everyone,
I have been raw now since 5 months and 85/5/10 is what my calorie ratio has settled at, due to the produce readily available to me. I am getting a little worried though, that according to 811 im on the lower side of protein intake. Does anyone have any experience if it is too low or not?
I live in Germany, and in the winter im having a hard time coming by affordable fruit in the higher >5% protein range. For my main fat source I prefer avocados over nuts, as my digestion, energy and moods seem to prefer them.

2400kcal bananas
500kcal oranges
300kcal avocado
70kcal parsley/dill/koriander
40kcal tomato
