Copywriting Form Masterclass (FB ads, VSLs, etc.)
πŸ‘‰ Question:
From @raunak_writer - "What Is The Difference Between These Forms Of Copy?
1. Facebook Ad Copy (caption)
2. Facebook Ad Script
3. VSL
4. Sales letter (that long text in a sales page)
*I am not talking about their purpose, goal and all. I am talking about the difference in deliverables."*
πŸ‘‰ Answer:
1. Facebook ad copy (caption). This is just called the headline and description. Best to keep your headline around 40-50 characters typically, and 80-90 for description. But as always, the copy is just as long as it needs to be.
2. Facebook ad script. Do you mean the video script or the ad copy? Look up "elements of a facebook ad" because I believe you're confused. If you mean video script, then make a bunch of hooks that each flow into one body, and do that for each script. If you mean ad copy, it's similar in a sense to an email body (but of course different).
3. VSL. Similar to a video script, you can make multiple "leads" (first 30-120 seconds of the video) that all flow into a body, and use the best performing ones. But to keep it simple, all you have to do is write a hook, lead, body, CTA script for a VSL, which is a long-form piece of copy that someone will speak and record.
4. Text sales letter. Same thing as a VSL but in text, not video.
I also go super deep on all these topics with daily calls and hundreds of lessons in the private community.
If you want to learn more about that, DM me "COPY" and I'll help you out.
