Update: creative financing ADU
If you go back on my timeline , I started a tiny home in the back of my 4 plex where I used a HELOC to create extra cash flow. This is in the hood of Phoenix, Arizona, where there are tons of drug addicts, right in the back alley. It’s almost complete. Yard just needs to be cleaned and needs to be placed with a tenant section 8 just reached out to me and offer me $1600 a month (utilities included).
If you know me, real estate is not a game. I do all types of deals, from multifamily, single-family, renovations, novations, Wholesale, wholetail, and all types of creative financing.
