DNC on deal machine
A lot of my leads are on the DNC list. When I drive for dollars I look up owner and they happen to be on the DNC list. I’m afraid to call because I don’t want to get a fine. Should I send out mail to the property? What’s a good direct marketing crm?
Also I cane across a couple vacant properties and looked up owner and it says it’s owned by waste management?? Anybody know why or how I can get in contact?
