On the practice tests for math, it says no calculator, but DESMOS is allowed on both sections, but isn't DESMOS a calculator?

Can somebody help with this question? In this question, where it says a pressure of 50 pascals is applied to the plates, does that mean 50 pascals for each plate or for both plates combined?
