Help
Can somebody help with this question? In this question, where it says a pressure of 50 pascals is applied to the plates, does that mean 50 pascals for each plate or for both plates combined?

It is from a princeton review SAT practice test, when doing this problem with my teacher we both thought it was 50 each and we calculated it like that

i checked the answer and it said it was 50 combined but the wording seems very weird
Daily SAT Question - July 13th
How this works: I'll post a question every morning, and by 8 PM EST, I will post the answer by editing this post. What you do: 1. Put your answers in the comment section, and then below that, write an explanation for why you picked that answer 2. Comment on other people who had different answers, and try to prove them wrong. 3. Come back at 8 PM EST (after the English session ends) and find your answer! (DO NOT READ THE COMMENTS BEFOREHAND!! YOUR ANSWER COULD BE RIGHT AND EVERYONE COULD BE WRONG!!) People who get it right will get points on the leaderboard! (at the end of the month, the person with the most points gets their ENTIRE SAT paid for.) Here's your question, you have until 8 pm EST to solve it.

54, since the angle is the same for XWQ and and QYZ we have one angle which is the same and since the we know that angles that are opposite to each other like WQX and YQZ are equal we know it is a similar triangle, we can then use the ratio we get from the 2 similar sides which are 70 and 63 which is a 10:9 ratio. then using the ratio for the next side which is YZ and WX where WX is 60 we can divide by ten and multiply by 9 which gives us 54.
