Really enjoyed this and my legs defo needed a rest after yesterday!! I found the front raises particularly tough. I couldn’t lift much weight (only 3.5kg - does that sound really bad?) I expected to be able to lift much more and started on my 7.5 and only managed 4 reps. I tried my hardest and had fun so I’m happy.
