Long Quotes / Dialog

How do you handle long quotes/dialog in your stories? Or is this not a good thing to do? I have one particular long piece of dialog where the antagonist is giving a manifesto; the protagonist is watching this speech through a screen. I would like to include the manifesto, but do I just open a quote, insert the text of the speech and then close the quote? Or, should I have breaks in the speech where the protagonist / others are reacting to it?
