We had another great power hour yesterday with over 10 attendees. We had lively discussions around Google Maps, 3—and 5-mile radius measurements, staying in front of brokers, sending direct mail, follow-up calls, and CRM tools. It was high value across the board.

CAPS (Circular Area Profiles): used for measuring 3 and 5-mile population, along with income and housing demographics, to better understand supply/demand economics in a given market Landglide: used to find tax record data for direct mail quickly.
