Morning gents,
This week we'll be focusing on the mitochondria & how to optimize them.
Your mitochondria are these little ATP (energy) generators - they provide you with the energy required to complete your day-to-day tasks.
People say 'health is wealth' but I disagree - I think 'energy is wealth' is far more accurate.
You hear seemingly 'healthy' people complain about energy.
You seldom hear 'energetic' people complain about health.
TL:DR
Optimized mitochondria = high energy
Mitochondrial dysfunction = poor energy
+ our mitochondria are intimately linked to hormone production.
