WHEN do you ask members for a testimonial?
⏰ Choosing the right TIME to ask can really impact on the quality of the review.
📜 We have found that building "testimonial time" into event schedules is a great way to get CONSISTENT good testimonials, like the one below. ✍️
✅ This one was on social media - right after a black belt grading, which is a great time to ask for powerful testimonials.

"📣 In October 2018 I walked into ⛩️ and asked if this was something appropriate for someone about to turn 50.
I was told, Absolutely.
I lined up for my first class at the left end and looked up the line and I don’t think there was a student over the age of ten, I was even older than the parents looking through the glass at their kids.
But this didn’t deter me.
5 1/2 years later I have hit a milestone. I have earnt my black belt with many setbacks along the way, but I knew that I would never give up.
From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank ⛩️ for this amazing achievement. I have had wonderful instructors over my journey so far but I would like to thank you all as I’ve learnt so much from each of you , as I have from all of my peers.
I would like to thank all my supporters along this journey over the past few months but especially my partner , 👨🏻‍💼 who instantly became a martial arts widow ,who has encouraged me daily to go and chase my dreams.
