Hi, Lizzie 35 00:07:10.250 --> 00:07:21.150 Danielle Drew: Shane, Caitlin! Sarah! Good to see you guys. Thank you for being really on time, which is early for me, because I like to be early, too, so I don't miss anything. It's great to see you guys here 36 00:07:21.410 --> 00:07:22.700 Danielle Drew: how you going, Eddie? 37 00:07:22.820 --> 00:07:28.919 yetti: How are you likewise? Great, seeing everyone? I was not sure. Is it? Today? Tomorrow I was not sure. 38 00:07:29.240 --> 00:07:40.879 Danielle Drew: Yeah, the Us. Time zone always causes me a bit of grief. But if you have a look at the calendar, you can actually see it on the calendar as being in your time zone when it's when you're in the community. So yeah. 39 00:07:40.880 --> 00:07:41.410 yetti: Thanks. 40 00:07:41.410 --> 00:07:41.740 Danielle Drew: Fine. 41 00:07:42.410 --> 00:07:48.799 Danielle Drew: lovely to see you. Thank you for turning on your camera. And, Lizzie, how are you going? Nice to see you today? Good. 42 00:07:49.100 --> 00:07:58.410 Danielle Drew: fantastic. Well, we've got a couple of minutes just before I'll start. So I'm gonna ask you guys to just make sure you know how to use the chat function 43 00:07:58.520 --> 00:08:20.880 Danielle Drew: so hopefully, everybody knows how to use the chat function. But just in case everyone doesn't. What I'd like you to do is to pop into the chat for me. If you are a member of a Facebook group or a Whatsapp group, or some kind of community group, or if you run a Whatsapp group or a Facebook group or a community group of some kind. 44 00:08:20.880 --> 00:08:32.275 Danielle Drew: So I can get a feel for what people are currently doing. So if you're using a if you're using a, you're part of a Facebook group, or a Whatsapp group, or a Linkedin group or anything like that. 45 00:08:32.559 --> 00:08:41.970 Danielle Drew: just pop it in the chat. If you're not, just say not a member, so I can kind of get a feel for where everybody's at before we start today. And Hello, Brett, welcome. So 46 00:08:42.260 --> 00:09:04.329 Danielle Drew: if you are in the Facebook group, for example, it might be a Facebook group I'm in quite a few different Facebook groups myself and you might be a part of a group. You might run a group. What have we got here? We've got Lizzie positive, aging Facebook group, fantastic. Well done. 47 00:09:04.380 --> 00:09:13.919 Danielle Drew: So the Pag group. I like my little acronyms. There, Pag, you gotta stick an a in the end, so it makes it easy for me to say it's like positive aging group experts. 48 00:09:14.240 --> 00:09:21.820 Danielle Drew: But that's the page group. You see, you see, Facebook group excellent Yeti. Thank you. Wonderful. 49 00:09:21.980 --> 00:09:27.289 Danielle Drew: And Shane and Brett Caitlin, are you in a group of some sort? I know you are. 50 00:09:27.750 --> 00:09:51.970 Danielle Drew: Yes, fantastic. So just pop down there. Just say I want to kind of get a feel. Sometimes when I do this session. It's a lot of people who are in Whatsapp. Other times. They're on different platforms. So it's nice to get a feel for it. We have a number of Facebook groups, says Brett, community style specific instructors, private students. I'm seeing guessing. That's Brett Austin. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Caitlin's Facebook group. 51 00:09:52.480 --> 00:09:58.419 Danielle Drew: Oh, Brett, Fenton, jeez! I had a 1 in 2 chance of getting that right, too. Hi, Kimmy, nice to see you 52 00:09:59.736 --> 00:10:01.399 Danielle Drew: in the background there. 53 00:10:01.740 --> 00:10:17.589 Danielle Drew: Awesome. Okay. So you guys have all seen Facebook groups. What about you, Shane? We get something from you there. So I know what. You're up nice. And just like we rehearsed Facebook group Judo club coaches, Australia, fantastic. 54 00:10:17.710 --> 00:10:29.420 Danielle Drew: Okay? So you guys are already ahead of the learning curve, which is wonderful. So what we're going to do today is a workshop on a so basically a special workshop right before Christmas. 55 00:10:30.070 --> 00:10:32.940 Danielle Drew: and the idea 56 00:10:33.500 --> 00:10:45.690 Danielle Drew: of this workshop is to reward those people who are going to turn up right before Christmas, because I know it's a crazy time for anybody. If you've been out in any of the retail stores, I just give you one piece of advice. 57 00:10:45.800 --> 00:10:51.460 Danielle Drew: Don't do it. It's just hideous out there at the moment. And welcome to John and 58 00:10:51.630 --> 00:10:56.490 Danielle Drew: and Tanya. Great to see you guys here. So what we've 59 00:10:56.700 --> 00:11:17.710 Danielle Drew: really doing, what we're really doing today is to give you some tools to be aware of what's coming in the industry, and I'm deliberately scheduling it at this time, so that I'm assuming that most people are going to have some time off over Christmas, and I'm kind of wanting you to think about what you can do in 2025. I don't want to add stress to your existing 60 00:11:17.710 --> 00:11:26.829 Danielle Drew: work levels or to your existing commitment levels. I want you to think about what you can do to work smarter in 2025. So that's what this workshops really about. 61 00:11:27.130 --> 00:11:49.279 Danielle Drew: So we're doing a session today and again be fairly quick. I like to keep them short and simple. But the idea is, it's 1 of the biggest topics in the business world right now, and it's also one that's not particularly well known, or at least not particularly well used. So I'm going to share my screen with you now. 62 00:11:49.430 --> 00:12:15.610 Danielle Drew: and we're going to go through, and I'm going to give you lots of opportunities for questions at the end. If you would like to ask me anything. But my main purpose for today is to equip you with some tools to go into 2025 in a way that will allow you to get more clients and make more money. And it's as simple as that. That's really what we're here for today. So everybody, okay, to get more clients and make more money. Anyone who does not want to do that. This is probably the opportunity for you to leave. 63 00:12:15.630 --> 00:12:26.229 Danielle Drew: Okay, so just say that right out the forefront. It doesn't matter whether you have a business or you're thinking about getting a business. This will be relevant to you regardless. So 64 00:12:27.040 --> 00:12:33.849 Danielle Drew: does anybody know in historical terms what this particular age is called? 65 00:12:34.660 --> 00:12:48.109 Danielle Drew: It's interesting, because when I started doing research. I did not know this, but it's actually known as this particular history in time or period in time is known as the 4th industrial revolution. 66 00:12:48.370 --> 00:13:13.149 Danielle Drew: 4, th Industrial Revolution. Anybody else know that? I certainly didn't. What that means basically is it's the time of it's not the digital revolution, because we've already experienced the digital revolution. It's actually the next stage. And that's the stage of integration of technologies like artificial intelligence and robotics. It's basically terminator time. That's where we're at guys, we're at terminator time. 67 00:13:13.400 --> 00:13:26.779 Danielle Drew: Now, this has created opportunities for business owners to build income and clients through a very specific element that we're looking at today. And that's called E learning. So e-learning is digital learning. 68 00:13:27.020 --> 00:13:28.170 Danielle Drew: And it's 69 00:13:28.630 --> 00:13:45.399 Danielle Drew: though it's really learning online and kind of it hit really powerfully in Covid. It was kind of chugging along quite nicely, and then Covid came along and everybody was stuck at home. And that's when technology was brought from the future at a much faster pace than was 70 00:13:45.400 --> 00:14:06.049 Danielle Drew: initially anticipated. So we've got access to tools like Zoom, for example, that allows us to deliver training content really powerfully online. And this is transforming the way that people learn and grow. And it makes it a really really powerful tool for ordinary people like us to generate income, even if you're starting from scratch. 71 00:14:06.170 --> 00:14:14.120 Danielle Drew: Now, this is why it's so effective. The e-learning market is actually expected. It's the highest and the fastest growth 72 00:14:14.630 --> 00:14:24.410 Danielle Drew: sphere in the entire business sector. In fact, it's anticipated it's going to hit 375 billion dollars by 2026. 73 00:14:24.870 --> 00:14:28.430 Danielle Drew: Now, that's 2 years away less than 2 years away. 74 00:14:29.120 --> 00:14:53.849 Danielle Drew: So that's a lot of money. That's us dollars. By the way, it's also really important from us as a business owner's perspective to understand, because the flexibility of learning means that we're no longer constricted or confined by being able to deliver services to people who are in our own geographical radius. We're not constricted to 10 K's or 5 miles from where we're 75 00:14:53.850 --> 00:15:09.690 Danielle Drew: physically located. Without our business. We can actually attract people from around the globe. And just in this session we've got people from all over Australia and the Us. As well. So there are lots of people in this session that would not have been able to attend this learning 76 00:15:09.690 --> 00:15:27.749 Danielle Drew: prior to the advent of this kind of technology. So that means opportunities, whether you have a business right now, and you want to grow it, or you don't have one, and you want to start it. E-learning is going to let you share your knowledge and your experience attract clients and build yourself a new income stream. 77 00:15:28.350 --> 00:15:50.279 Danielle Drew: Now is the time, because the whole world is embracing e-learning. Now is the time to tap into this growing industry and take advantage of the opportunities to either start or grow your own business. Now, there are lots of different parts in e-learning. So today, we're just going to focus right in on the power of online communities to grow your income and your client base. 78 00:15:50.910 --> 00:16:19.589 Danielle Drew: So online communities are massive massive opportunities for anybody, particularly in membership, based businesses like martial arts, or dance those kinds of organizations to recruit new members, retain your members for longer, and to generate more income and whatever business you're in, if you're providing a service to somebody, online communities can rapidly increase your impact on your recruitment retention and revenue areas. 79 00:16:19.750 --> 00:16:23.879 Danielle Drew: And that's really simply because an online community will help you get new clients. 80 00:16:24.750 --> 00:16:26.649 Danielle Drew: It'll help you keep them longer. 81 00:16:27.320 --> 00:16:32.889 Danielle Drew: and it will allow you to sell them stuff more easily. That's basic economics. 82 00:16:33.580 --> 00:16:52.899 Danielle Drew: So today, I'm going to cover 3 key points. I want to tell you about why it's important for you to have an online community for your business. I want you to get a clear understanding of a comparison between some of the major platforms that are out there, because that was the biggest thing I had when I was starting off this about 8 years ago. 83 00:16:52.950 --> 00:17:09.160 Danielle Drew: It's like, okay, what do I use? What software do I use? What platform do I use? What do I buy? You know there are so many different things that are involved, and my experience was certainly something that I wouldn't like anybody else to go through. So one of the reasons I'm doing this is so I can share with you what I've learned. 84 00:17:09.160 --> 00:17:23.969 Danielle Drew: and to make it easier for you when you set up your own online community. And finally, I want to give you a link to have a look at to start your own online community for free. So you can have a look at it and see what you think. So that's what we're going to cover today. So 85 00:17:24.220 --> 00:17:29.759 Danielle Drew: let's start with, why, you'd want to have an online community. Now, there are 2 main benefits that I'm focusing on. 86 00:17:30.800 --> 00:17:35.709 Danielle Drew: An online community is going to help you if you want to start an online business. 87 00:17:36.150 --> 00:17:42.559 Danielle Drew: Now, you might not sure be sure which category you're in. You might run a really successful business, and I know a lot of people here already do that. 88 00:17:43.220 --> 00:17:53.849 Danielle Drew: and you might want to run a separate business, so that if something like Covid happens again, or your eggs are not in one financial basket, and you can't train, because the government says, Don't leave your house. 89 00:17:53.860 --> 00:18:17.809 Danielle Drew: and you can't run your business, so you might want to run a parallel income stream to allow you to avoid that, or you might be wanting to take your existing business and grow it and expand it, which is also exactly the right reason for being here, or you might not have a business, and you want to start one without incurring all the costs and the stress involved with, you know, a traditional brick and mortar arrangement. 90 00:18:17.970 --> 00:18:37.000 Danielle Drew: So all of these models benefit from an online community because it will help you. Retain your clients, recruit new clients, and generate more revenue the 3 R's. They're really important here. Now. I've personally done both models. I've started a business online, and I've taken an existing business and grown it. So I'm sharing my experiences with you today. 91 00:18:38.000 --> 00:18:40.239 Danielle Drew: So let's jump in. 92 00:18:40.810 --> 00:18:47.140 Danielle Drew: How does it help you? Anybody ever had a golden retriever or a Labrador? Give me a little wave, if you've ever had one of those dogs. 93 00:18:47.730 --> 00:18:52.129 Danielle Drew: The characteristic of that dog is loyalty. Right? 94 00:18:53.830 --> 00:19:02.779 Danielle Drew: Exactly. So. An online community helps you increase the loyalty of your members because it makes them feel really valued. 95 00:19:03.150 --> 00:19:12.680 Danielle Drew: For example, in the community. You might be doing this already in your Facebook groups, for example, you can celebrate milestones like belt promotions, or you could spotlight members. 96 00:19:12.790 --> 00:19:32.279 Danielle Drew: You can also stay connected with those people and help them by hosting things like Q&A. Sessions where they can ask you questions, or you can create a space for members where they can share their goals and their progress in a private space without feeling like the entire world, can have a look at that. 97 00:19:32.620 --> 00:19:40.590 Danielle Drew: And you can also have an opportunity for people in your community to to share referrals with you. 98 00:19:40.790 --> 00:20:00.730 Danielle Drew: to get new members really easily. You could encourage your existing members in your community to invite their friends. And you might say, Listen, Sarah, you you know we're doing this this great event. Why don't you invite your friends to come along. The friends come along, and it's easy for you to then engage them in the community and convert them into new members. 99 00:20:01.130 --> 00:20:06.160 Danielle Drew: So let's say you've got this prospect for your business, called Sarah. 100 00:20:06.360 --> 00:20:28.260 Danielle Drew: and she joins your business, whatever that might be, and she's kind of, you know, experiencing a little bit of what we call buyer's remorse, which is like, should I have spent that money? Should I not have spent that money? Is this what I'm supposed to be doing. I'm not sure if you can feed her into an online community, that online community support can make her feel immediately welcome. 101 00:20:28.730 --> 00:20:32.629 Danielle Drew: and that reduces all of that bias remorse, and helps her 102 00:20:32.670 --> 00:20:57.130 Danielle Drew: get the value from the product or the service that she bought from you. In fact, she feels so great. But then she starts to say to other people, This is a great place to be. Please come along and join me, so she can then get some referrals or bring referrals to you. So if you're looking at a membership based business, I incorporate this as part of the new member onboarding process because it means that 103 00:20:57.130 --> 00:21:08.820 Danielle Drew: they're getting that outside the training center support as well as the support in the school. If you are not there, they're getting the support from the community as well. 104 00:21:10.110 --> 00:21:34.969 Danielle Drew: Now, if you have attracted leads that are not yet ready to join your business, so you might have done advertising campaigns, and you've got people who've shown interest, but they even haven't turned up to a call or a trial, or they haven't decided to buy from you. It's great if you put them on an email list and nurture them on the email list. But it's even more powerful if you funnel them into your online 105 00:21:34.970 --> 00:21:53.680 Danielle Drew: community because this is a really powerful space for not just you to nurture them on a kind of like email by email basis. But they can start to get absorbed into the culture of your business by seeing what the community is all about. And in that community you could share success stories, tips. 106 00:21:53.680 --> 00:22:02.129 Danielle Drew: member testimonials, host live? Q. And as. And highlight all the benefits of doing or being involved with your business. 107 00:22:03.690 --> 00:22:12.580 Danielle Drew: Does that make sense to everybody so far? Give me a yes, in the chat, if you can see the benefits so far of having an online community. 108 00:22:12.730 --> 00:22:23.900 Danielle Drew: Tanya says, yes, Yeti Lizzie. Yes, excellent Brett. Yep. Fabulous, fabulous Okie Dokie 109 00:22:26.310 --> 00:22:31.630 Danielle Drew: thumbs up from Shane. Thank you. Shane. And John says, Yep, as well. Okay, let's keep going, then. 110 00:22:32.700 --> 00:22:47.739 Danielle Drew: So that's nurturing your leads. The 3rd way for online communities to help you in your business is by increasing your revenue, which is ultimately why we're in business. We're in business for 2 reasons. Firstly, we want to help people. 111 00:22:48.220 --> 00:22:55.480 Danielle Drew: Secondly, we want to make money. Okay, because the more people, the more money we make the more people we can help. It's basic mathematics. 112 00:22:55.670 --> 00:23:10.520 Danielle Drew: So in your community, you can, you can use your online community to increase your revenue in that community. You can offer upsells, upgrades. I'm going to show you how to do this in a few minutes. You can do premium offerings. And the important thing is, you're not just 113 00:23:10.570 --> 00:23:35.430 Danielle Drew: throwing your advertising dollars out into the Facebook Meta universe and praying and hoping that somebody sees it. If you're doing these offers in your enclosed community, then you have a warm, captive audience who are already interested in you. So your Roi, your conversion is much, much higher, because you don't have to seek out your audience. They're already there. 114 00:23:35.670 --> 00:23:38.230 Danielle Drew: Now that reduces your marketing costs. 115 00:23:38.450 --> 00:23:51.970 Danielle Drew: because you can use that free community to promote your premium packages. Maybe your private lessons, exclusive workshops like this, for example, without having to spend a lot of money on external advertising. 116 00:23:52.030 --> 00:24:13.679 Danielle Drew: So that's really important. And the other thing is that a real little byproduct of having a really engaged community is, if you've got really happy members in that community who are talking to each other on the platform and sharing their experiences of working with you. Then you can take screenshots of those and use those as testimonials to attract 117 00:24:14.110 --> 00:24:23.139 Danielle Drew: a new clients on those traditional advertising platforms. So it's great source of content for your advertising. 118 00:24:24.010 --> 00:24:30.710 Danielle Drew: So now you have an outline of how important an online community is to help you get cape 119 00:24:31.230 --> 00:24:51.470 Danielle Drew: and upgrade clients. So the next step is knowing what to look for when you're starting your own online community. Now, there are so many options. I actually found it really confusing when I started doing this. And I've been researching this for over 7 years now, and the biggest issue that I came across was 120 00:24:51.600 --> 00:25:01.149 Danielle Drew: knowing what to compare like, what? How to compare apples to apples instead of apples to oranges. So here's my list of what to look for when you are 121 00:25:01.290 --> 00:25:04.359 Danielle Drew: discovering online community options. 122 00:25:04.460 --> 00:25:11.539 Danielle Drew: The 1st question you should be asking yourself is, how easy is this to use? 123 00:25:11.830 --> 00:25:37.519 Danielle Drew: Not just for you, but also for your customers. It should be something that's really simple to set up. And it should have a really user, really easy user interface. That means it should be something that it's easy to pick up and use. So if you, for example, when you 1st started using Facebook, nobody gave you instructions on how to use Facebook, right? It's pretty intuitive. It's easy to use. People kind of 124 00:25:37.520 --> 00:25:58.399 Danielle Drew: can stumble their way around regardless of their technology skills and easily find most things without a lot of handholding. I have spent a crazy amount of time learning how to use some platforms and thinking, once I get the hang of it will be okay. Then I'll be able to set, get it set up and going. And I would spend like 80% of my time trying to work out how to use a platform. 125 00:25:58.890 --> 00:26:04.930 Danielle Drew: And what I didn't understand at that point was that if it's that hard for me to use it. 126 00:26:06.780 --> 00:26:09.470 Danielle Drew: my customers aren't going to find it any easier. 127 00:26:09.870 --> 00:26:39.709 Danielle Drew: And that's going to be a real point of what's known as friction in sales. Friction is something that stops somebody going from where they are, to, where you want them to be, in other words, buying from you. So if it's too hard for somebody to buy something from you and use it, then they're not going to buy again, or they're going to want their money back, or they won't buy in the 1st place. So it's important to have something that's really easy to use, and if you don't think of anything else, or you don't remember anything else from today, take that one thing away. It's got to be easy to use 128 00:26:40.100 --> 00:26:53.400 Danielle Drew: now, ideally, it should have a 0 learning curve for both you and your users, and the way to accomplish that is by to have it look like something that people are already familiar with. 129 00:26:53.740 --> 00:27:17.429 Danielle Drew: So, for example, on the left hand side, here, we've got a community page that looks very similar to the one on the right hand side. Now, this is a Facebook page here. So the whole user experience is very similar. So people using this community that have used this Facebook community are not going to have a lot of trouble moving from one to the other. 130 00:27:19.670 --> 00:27:43.680 Danielle Drew: The second thing that you must have in your online community is something that is an easy, organized content area. So in your content section, in an online community, you want to have a space where you can easily organize any courses or resources, or workshops, or other learning that you have available for people to look at. 131 00:27:43.680 --> 00:27:51.320 Danielle Drew: and in an ideal world. Your content library would also give people the option to purchase upgrades to different things 132 00:27:52.100 --> 00:27:53.440 Danielle Drew: like here. 133 00:27:53.780 --> 00:28:07.600 Danielle Drew: So this is a platform that I use, and in here. We've got how to use the platform, how to use the training of the software and recruitment retention systems and solutions in 134 00:28:07.600 --> 00:28:32.330 Danielle Drew: the training program. And I just see a spelling error there which I'm going to have to fix because I didn't notice it before. But that's okay. I'm letting it go. So the idea here is this is under the classroom. So it's nice and easy for people to see it. And there's a couple of really big tricks when you're putting together content in a library. Make it simple. Don't overwhelm people with too much in this library. There's only those 3 options. 135 00:28:33.050 --> 00:28:45.820 Danielle Drew: The 3rd thing, after having it easy to use and having an organization system for your content is making sure that it is monetizable. In other words, you can earn income from it. 136 00:28:46.730 --> 00:29:12.180 Danielle Drew: That's really, really important. And these are the 3 key elements to make it happy, for to make it happy for happen for you, so you've got to have it easy to use. You've got to have it nice and organized and easy for people to find your information, and you've got to make it easy for them to buy from you as well. Now, here's an example of a free community. Now this is a community I just randomly plucked out for watch lovers. Now, who would 137 00:29:12.180 --> 00:29:25.080 Danielle Drew: have thought in the days of mobile phones and cell phones there would be an entire community of over 1,300 people dedicated to looking at watches well, color me, shocked. I did not know that 138 00:29:25.130 --> 00:29:30.180 Danielle Drew: now this community is free to join. That means there are 1,300 139 00:29:31.770 --> 00:29:41.430 Danielle Drew: warm audiences, an audience comprising of 1,300 people who are already interested in watches. So the people who run that community 140 00:29:41.690 --> 00:29:50.719 Danielle Drew: have now got the opportunity to direct market to people who are already interested in watches, 1,300 of them, in fact. 141 00:29:51.210 --> 00:30:15.170 Danielle Drew: and they could offer a paid upgrade within the free community, so people could upgrade for $440, $444. For example, this is just another example I took from a community where they could join the free community and then have a paid upgrade to purchase that particular program. That's $888 per month. By the way. 142 00:30:16.240 --> 00:30:22.699 Danielle Drew: free community of 1,300 members, then they have the opportunity to upgrade to $888 per month. 143 00:30:23.170 --> 00:30:37.179 Danielle Drew: Now, if you attack, if you addressed 1,300 people in your Facebook Meta advertising, you are going to have a significantly lower rate of people who are going to purchase than from a community chock full of people who are already interested in watches. 144 00:30:38.090 --> 00:30:46.819 Danielle Drew: Here's another community. Now, this one is not free. This is actually a paid community. People pay to join this community don't pay much. It's only $10 a month. 145 00:30:47.020 --> 00:30:54.419 Danielle Drew: but they have 2,200 members. So this guy is earning $22,000 a month 146 00:30:54.750 --> 00:30:58.490 Danielle Drew: from this community. And to put that into perspective. 147 00:30:59.040 --> 00:31:05.879 Danielle Drew: That's over a quarter of a million Us. Dollars per year, $10 a month. 148 00:31:06.460 --> 00:31:24.830 Danielle Drew: 2, 2,200 members. So that's another way to monetize a community now, over the past 10 years I've personally there are lots of them out there, but I've personally used these 5 popular platforms I've used Kajabi Thinkific, Zenla Circle and school. 149 00:31:25.050 --> 00:31:33.300 Danielle Drew: and based on my research and experiences. Looking at the success stories of other people. My recommendation is school. 150 00:31:33.400 --> 00:31:41.440 Danielle Drew: That's the one I have found the easiest. In fact, there are people in this session today who are already part of some of my school communities. 151 00:31:42.320 --> 00:31:50.209 Danielle Drew: If you're not familiar with school already, it's been founded by a guy called Sam Ovens, who's actually a New Zealander. So he's close to being an Aussie, but not quite. 152 00:31:50.370 --> 00:31:59.750 Danielle Drew: and he is estimated by Forbes to have a net worth of over 65 million Us. Dollars. This guy really knows what he's doing with technology. 153 00:32:00.440 --> 00:32:09.669 Danielle Drew: The other half of the dynamic duo in this school platform is an American guy by the name of Alex Hermosi. And if you're in the fitness industry, you're probably familiar with him. 154 00:32:09.790 --> 00:32:13.940 Danielle Drew: He is worth over a hundred 1 million Us. Dollars. 155 00:32:14.240 --> 00:32:38.689 Danielle Drew: And that guy's really really well off. Now, it's interesting. The way I came across school was because I've been studying Alex Hermosi for about 2 years way before I joined the school platform. He's an investor, an entrepreneur, and an author, and he's written a couple of really good books. The 1st one is a hundred 1 million dollars offers. The second one is a hundred 1 million dollars leads, and I'm desperately waiting for his 100 million dollars sales book, which he's still writing 156 00:32:38.690 --> 00:32:48.339 Danielle Drew: to come out. But he is super successful. And the reason that these 2 together are really successful is because they make everything super simple. 157 00:32:48.680 --> 00:33:03.670 Danielle Drew: So you don't have to have a degree in software to run an online community. They've done all the hard work for you and simplifies simplified everything right down. And they basically have mastered that balance between education. 158 00:33:04.530 --> 00:33:14.349 Danielle Drew: ex execution or usage and scaling. So they're really industry leaders in the platform. So I liked the fact that 159 00:33:14.350 --> 00:33:38.440 Danielle Drew: Alex and Mosey was involved because this Guy doesn't. He's like me doesn't recommend anything unless he's 100% positive. It's going to work. He personally invests his time every week to talk to people about how to use the platform, how to grow their business. I listen to him religiously every week. So those 2 combined some of the reasons that I got involved with school, but then, once I did get involved with school, I just loved. The platform was so so easy, especially compared 160 00:33:38.440 --> 00:33:40.150 Danielle Drew: to what I'd done before. 161 00:33:40.520 --> 00:33:43.080 Danielle Drew: So these are the main benefits of the school platform. 162 00:33:43.220 --> 00:33:56.289 Danielle Drew: It combines courses, discussions, live events. You can do direct messaging. You can host your content all in one space. It's basically got all of the benefits of Facebook. It looks a lot like Facebook. So it's got no learning curve. 163 00:33:56.540 --> 00:34:23.660 Danielle Drew: But it's got no additional tools either. The other platforms that I've used. You had to attach a payment gateway. You had to attach a marketing funnel, and you had to do all of this extra stuff which was really time consuming. And I can't tell you how many frustrating hours I've spent trying to set those things up with other platforms. So school to me, being easy, was just a no brainer. I kind of did. A trial went well, that's just so much easier than anything else that I have done. 164 00:34:23.699 --> 00:34:27.560 Danielle Drew: Second thing is, and this is a big one for those people on Facebook. 165 00:34:28.500 --> 00:34:44.240 Danielle Drew: When people go into your Facebook group or your Facebook page. They're not just looking at your page. They're easily distracted by all shiny. There's a whole series of puppy videos. And over here oh, do I need weight, loss, formula, and over here I should be investing in real estate. 166 00:34:44.380 --> 00:35:12.699 Danielle Drew: So there's all of these distractions now in the school platform. It's an insular platform. So there are no ads to compete with. There's no spam. There are no irrelevant notifications. It's just purely focused on learning and engagement. So none of the content that valuable content or discussion that you deliver to your members is getting buried. Unlike Facebook, there's no mysterious algorithm deciding who's going to see your stuff and who is not? 167 00:35:12.710 --> 00:35:21.570 Danielle Drew: It's also spam free. Now I know that there are people that I'm familiar with and personally familiar with, who've had really negative comments 168 00:35:21.590 --> 00:35:48.410 Danielle Drew: made in public platforms like Facebook that have hurt their business. You have full control over this community. So you can not only remove members. You can also, with a click of a button, remove every comment they've ever made as well. And that's just beautiful. I love that so that gives you full control over what's happening in your business. So schools going to give you this really clean professional environment, no trolls and no irrelevant content. 169 00:35:48.910 --> 00:36:03.869 Danielle Drew: And the other thing that really appealed to me was, it was straightforward. You can charge for your memberships either monthly or annually. If you have a paid group or you can have a free community and charge premium products either monthly or annually as well. 170 00:36:03.870 --> 00:36:19.900 Danielle Drew: Now it also has a 7 day free trial. So if you decide, you want to set up a paid group. People can try it out for 7 days for free, and that reduces that friction of them thinking about. Do I want to do it. Do I not want to do it? Just make sure they have a damn good time in that 1st 7 days. So they stay with you 171 00:36:20.760 --> 00:36:41.860 Danielle Drew: now there are lots of other benefits, but those are my top 3. If you're somebody who really likes to get a clear comparison, grab a screenshot of that. It tells you the comparison between school Facebook groups, Linkedin groups and slack which, according to Chat Gpt, are the biggest community online platforms. You can see that school pretty much outranks, all of them. 172 00:36:42.190 --> 00:36:50.980 Danielle Drew: with the only exception being it's on par with Facebook being ease of use. And I believe it's probably deliberately set up to be used, really similar to Facebook. 173 00:36:50.980 --> 00:36:58.300 Danielle Drew: So that is a complete summary of all of the differences between the platforms and the key features. 174 00:36:58.460 --> 00:37:21.429 Danielle Drew: Now, in most cases, when we're talking about an investment in software to set up your own online community, you're going to have to pay extra, you can start off with potentially a free program, and then you have to upgrade and pay extra to get access to all the features. Now, school, as you can see, has a flat fee. So if you're looking at Circle, it goes from 49 to 3, 99 a month. Now these are all us dollars. So just be mindful of that. 175 00:37:21.990 --> 00:37:36.639 Danielle Drew: if you're not in the Us. For Zendler, which I have previously had a 2 year subscription to you, looking at 67 to 197 a month, Kajabi, 69 to 3, 99 a month, thinkific, 99 a month to 4, 99 a month. 176 00:37:36.660 --> 00:37:56.529 Danielle Drew: But schools are flat fee. It's $99 a month for access to everything, and they're bringing out new content all the time. New things like that feature. I was just telling you about where you can delete somebody and all their comments that's come out fairly recently. So you just play a fat, a flat fee of $99 a month, and you get access to everything. 177 00:37:56.530 --> 00:38:15.380 Danielle Drew: Now, I like that flat fee structure better myself personally, because it's predictable. I don't have any budget surprises, and it means that I don't have a limit on growth. I can use it unlimited, and I don't have to, you know, time, my growth to somebody else's finances, so that transparency and and simplicity was important to me. 178 00:38:15.530 --> 00:38:19.339 Danielle Drew: So let's look at some live examples that would be really relevant to you guys. 179 00:38:19.660 --> 00:38:25.540 Danielle Drew: This is a martial arts school on the left. Here, let's train martial arts. This is straight from the school platform. 180 00:38:25.730 --> 00:38:41.719 Danielle Drew: They have $73, 73 members paying $25 a month. Now, this is just members paying $25 a month to access the platform. This guy's making 20, just under $22,000 a year just from having this platform. He's only got 73 members. 181 00:38:41.970 --> 00:38:52.170 Danielle Drew: Salsa school over here, 296 members charging $79 a month. It's a Biggie Tanya. You'll appreciate this. I know you're a dance school owner. 182 00:38:52.590 --> 00:38:59.640 Danielle Drew: $280,608 a year for that Solsa school. 183 00:39:02.940 --> 00:39:06.529 Danielle Drew: So that's pretty impressive. Right? See? Tanya's face going. 184 00:39:07.880 --> 00:39:09.110 Danielle Drew: Okay. 185 00:39:09.330 --> 00:39:18.380 Danielle Drew: This boxing school. He has 78 members, $15 a month. So he gets an extra $14,000 a year just from a paid community. 186 00:39:18.610 --> 00:39:33.379 Danielle Drew: And just to show you the diversity of options, because I know not. Everybody here has the same kind of business in mind. This is a paid community for people who want to learn about dog training, 475 people in that community learning about dog training. 187 00:39:34.130 --> 00:39:42.350 Danielle Drew: We've got this one here wholesale real estate 3.5,000 people in that group from around the globe. 188 00:39:42.700 --> 00:39:49.530 Danielle Drew: And over here. This is. This is the one that blew my mind when I was putting together this presentation. So this community here 189 00:39:50.350 --> 00:39:52.229 Danielle Drew: is about cycling. 190 00:39:52.670 --> 00:40:03.319 Danielle Drew: cycling, people getting on a push bike and riding. This is community of 397 people who pay $595 a year 191 00:40:03.740 --> 00:40:10.800 Danielle Drew: to learn about cycling. That's $236,000. American. 192 00:40:11.230 --> 00:40:22.939 Danielle Drew: Exactly, John. That was my expression, too. Are you kidding me? And we've got this group. Don't even know what it is, but he makes $54,000 a year from 4.5,000 members paying $1. 193 00:40:23.690 --> 00:40:25.540 Danielle Drew: Okay, $1, 194 00:40:25.850 --> 00:40:40.240 Danielle Drew: and he gets $54,000 a year. And then we've got chess. Who even knew that was the thing people want to play chess, and they're paying $29 a month, or almost a hundred $1,000 a year to Dina to learn how to play chess. 195 00:40:40.840 --> 00:41:05.879 Danielle Drew: Are you starting to get excited now about the potential here? Because when I was looking at this, I was like, Oh, my God. So that is the school platform. And, as I said in my experience, those are real users, by the way, in my experience and that of other people using the platform like those people. It's a really powerful platform, and it's certainly the easiest. So give me in the chat a dollar sign if you can see 196 00:41:05.960 --> 00:41:12.950 Danielle Drew: to after that session how powerful online communities are in helping you grow your income and your client base 197 00:41:15.150 --> 00:41:29.110 Danielle Drew: stick a dollar sign in there. Wow! From Tanya. Wow! Hello, Kevin! Good to see you. Wow! From John, dollars from John Fantastic, a pouch full of money, from Brett dollars and wow from Yeti fantastic. So 198 00:41:29.700 --> 00:41:31.810 Danielle Drew: if you do 199 00:41:32.310 --> 00:41:44.930 Danielle Drew: feel like checking out the school community, and I only recommend things that I have seen myself, I'm going to put a link in which is actually my link. If you join up under that, I do get a small 200 00:41:45.550 --> 00:41:56.300 Danielle Drew: commission from school doesn't come out of your money. You pay the same amount. Whether or not you go through me or you go through school if you want to go through me. That's great. If you don't. That's fine, too, entirely up to you. 201 00:41:56.900 --> 00:42:09.650 Danielle Drew: If you want a QR. Code, it's there for you as well. But if you join the school community, however, you do it. You get a 2 week free trial, so you can think about it. And that's 1 of the things I want you to do over the Christmas period. Think about what this could mean for your business. 202 00:42:10.046 --> 00:42:19.119 Danielle Drew: It's $99 us a month, regardless of how you join, you don't pay any extra, and if you decide you don't like it. At the end of that 2 weeks you just cancel, and you don't pay anything. 203 00:42:19.460 --> 00:42:33.899 Danielle Drew: If you want to cancel at any point down the track it's just cancel, and then that whatever the last payment was is the last payment. So it's really easy to get into. And it's also really easy to get out of, which is super important. As I said, I don't recommend anything I don't use and love myself. 204 00:42:34.180 --> 00:42:58.010 Danielle Drew: Now, if you are part of one of my communities which is sold out studios, which is a growth hub for martial arts and dance school owners to help them grow the Efc exclusive Members Club, which is for Efc. Members. If you are part of my vocal power, public Speaking group or my, she means business to help business women grow and be successful. You guys 205 00:42:58.010 --> 00:43:19.879 Danielle Drew: again to a special. Thank you. If you decide that you do want to open your own community in school under my link. I'm going to give you support by sharing with you my exclusive training on running successful communities based on what I get every week from Alex and Mosey and other experts in that you'll get weekly updates, a monthly call. So just be within the same community that you are in. There'll be a little section that says 206 00:43:20.100 --> 00:43:28.439 Danielle Drew: something like, you know your school community. And if you're not in any of those communities, I'm very happy to set you up in one that suits you. So you can get that support, too. 207 00:43:28.550 --> 00:43:31.910 Danielle Drew: Okay, so there's the QR code and link in case you missed it. 208 00:43:32.260 --> 00:43:36.650 Danielle Drew: And I'm just gonna grab a quick drink. And then I'm gonna ask you to think about something for me. 209 00:43:41.860 --> 00:43:50.230 Danielle Drew: What's been the most eye-opening thing that you've learned about the power of online communities. Today. 210 00:43:50.570 --> 00:43:55.079 Danielle Drew: I'm going to stop screen sharing. So I can get some feedback from you guys. 211 00:43:55.680 --> 00:43:58.110 Danielle Drew: So let me start with Shane 212 00:43:58.780 --> 00:44:06.780 Danielle Drew: Shane. You want to unmute yourself there. You know how to unmute, and I'm going to go to Brett and ask Brett what's been the most eye-opening thing for you. 213 00:44:13.230 --> 00:44:21.179 Danielle Drew: Shane's like, where's that damn unmute button? I know it's there somewhere. You're very good at reading facial expressions when you do as much online training as I do. 214 00:44:22.500 --> 00:44:26.699 Danielle Drew: Let me go to Brett first, st and I'll give you a bit of oh, no, you're here. Okay, go for it, Shane. 215 00:44:28.550 --> 00:44:35.250 shane: yeah, it's amazing. As long as we've got something to sell, something a message to deliver that'd be that'd be good. That's stage one. 216 00:44:35.630 --> 00:44:51.589 Danielle Drew: Absolutely. And that's actually the 1st thing I cover in the when in my community, in teaching people how to do, it's how to find your message because there's an expression Alex and Mosey uses which does not translate well in Australian, but in America, and it says the niches are in sorry the riches are in the niches. 217 00:44:51.590 --> 00:45:11.750 Danielle Drew: but in Australia we say niche. So it doesn't work so well. But basically it's about fine tuning it down into a 1 1 area. And that's like my communities like vocal power. It's just public speaking. She means business. It's just women in business. So yeah, there's a lot that you can do as far as establishing a message. And if you're you're in martial arts already, aren't you, Shane? 218 00:45:11.930 --> 00:45:12.670 shane: Yes. 219 00:45:12.670 --> 00:45:35.060 Danielle Drew: Yeah, so yeah, you could easily create your platform to be something that isn't. Add a value. Add for your existing members, and also have an opportunity to, you know, put together self defense packages that you could then market as part of that as an add on for people regardless of where they are geographically, and whether they're ever gonna train in your school or not. 220 00:45:36.360 --> 00:45:37.250 Danielle Drew: Sound good. 221 00:45:37.680 --> 00:45:38.060 shane: That's good. 222 00:45:38.060 --> 00:45:42.279 Danielle Drew: Fabulous. Okay, Brett, what was the most eye-opening thing for you? And then I'm going to ask John. 223 00:45:43.034 --> 00:45:52.150 Brett: Endless opportunities. There, I don't know where to start. I think that's the only thing of like I'm thinking, not just one group. There's multiple groups gonna be probably happening. So 224 00:45:52.590 --> 00:45:53.859 Brett: could be dangerous. 225 00:45:54.260 --> 00:46:00.869 Danielle Drew: Yes, and let me give you one very, very important piece of advice here I had that same experience. I was like woo. Look at all. This I could do 226 00:46:01.310 --> 00:46:17.970 Danielle Drew: do one thing well, there is no such thing as multitasking. Yeah, because you are taking your time and attention and giving it to multiple things. Then you're not giving it to the one thing that will make it grow exponentially faster. So choose one ever seen the old Highlander movies. There can be only one. 227 00:46:18.490 --> 00:46:20.320 Brett: That'll be the the tricky bit. That's part. 228 00:46:20.320 --> 00:46:21.309 Pablo: I've got to try and work at all. 229 00:46:21.340 --> 00:46:22.349 Brett: What direction to go in. 230 00:46:22.900 --> 00:46:33.900 Danielle Drew: Yeah. Well, we can have a chat about that, too, Brett. Happy to talk to you through with that. Thank you. And John. And then I'm gonna ask Tanya. So, John, what was the most eye opening thing from you today? 231 00:46:34.932 --> 00:46:41.100 John Masiello: I would just say the amount of subcategories there are and how popular those can potentially be. 232 00:46:41.690 --> 00:46:48.710 John Masiello: Like, you're saying the niche, the niche product that's available. And there are people out there looking for that. 233 00:46:49.430 --> 00:46:54.819 Danielle Drew: Excellent. That's great. Good insight. Thank you, John, and I'll ask Tanya. And then Yeti. 234 00:46:56.180 --> 00:47:14.049 Tanya: I'm just blown away by the opportunities. I think there's a few different areas that I can find to make it work for me, especially strength and conditioning, and so many other opportunities. Yeah. 235 00:47:14.050 --> 00:47:22.320 Danielle Drew: Yes, very good. And again, I'll do you. I'll tell for those people watching the recording and for people here today let me reinforce. Choose one. Okay. 236 00:47:22.330 --> 00:47:50.649 Danielle Drew: you choose one. It's like, if you're in martial arts or dance you, you don't learn ideally. You don't learn 26 at a time. You learn one, and then you move on to the next one. There's a reason for that, because you put all your effort and your time into one technique, and then that becomes muscle memory. And then you can reproduce it easier. You build on those techniques as you go, so do one Yeti. And then, Pablo Yeti, what did you find most eye-opening today? 237 00:47:51.040 --> 00:48:09.570 yetti: So the power of Internet on online business, I always thought, it's only for people who are it, people who are computer savvy. But you just mentioned something we don't have to be, we can make it so. That is an eye opening for me. 238 00:48:09.570 --> 00:48:18.729 Danielle Drew: Excellent. And Yeti, you're in my vocal power group. So you could potentially take what you're wanting to talk about and deliver it online, which would give you a much bigger reach, which is what you are after. 239 00:48:19.222 --> 00:48:20.699 yetti: Definitely. Thank you. 240 00:48:20.700 --> 00:48:28.479 Danielle Drew: Thank you, Pablo. And then I'm gonna ask Lizzie. So, Pablo. And tell me what you found most eye opening today. 241 00:48:30.785 --> 00:48:37.624 Danielle Drew: You're on. I just need you to unmute there, Pablo and Kevin, if you could pop yours in the chat, if you're still at the dentist, that'd be great. 242 00:48:37.860 --> 00:48:39.249 Pablo: No, yeah. I'm here. 243 00:48:39.470 --> 00:48:40.150 Danielle Drew: Okay, go ahead. 244 00:48:40.150 --> 00:48:49.579 Pablo: Yeah, no, actually look I I I enjoyed it. I've tried that sort of stuff before. But you said about multi skill, and I think I'm pretty good at that. 245 00:48:50.150 --> 00:48:57.049 Pablo: So I've got some things already that I could use on that, and have 2 or 3 things going at the same time. So it's certainly an eye opener. 246 00:48:57.050 --> 00:49:14.240 Danielle Drew: It is. It is I run for community platforms right now. It's hard work, and I have a team that helps me out with it. But one thing I will say to you if you taught through zoom during the pandemic, and you've got that library of content. You are already off to a great start. 247 00:49:14.240 --> 00:49:18.040 Danielle Drew: I taught her to a Facebook thing. Yeah, yeah. 248 00:49:18.040 --> 00:49:18.570 Pablo: Yep. 249 00:49:18.940 --> 00:49:23.129 Danielle Drew: And the thing is, when people go on Facebook, they go oh, over there and over there the. 250 00:49:23.130 --> 00:49:23.840 Pablo: I'm not visible. 251 00:49:24.330 --> 00:49:31.319 Pablo: This was a close. This was a closed group of Facebook for our members. Only our members could see our teachings. 252 00:49:31.860 --> 00:49:42.439 Danielle Drew: I'm not referring to teachings, Pablo. I mean that once people go onto Facebook, it's easy for them to get distracted by something else when they go onto your own platform. That's all they see. 253 00:49:42.690 --> 00:49:44.239 Pablo: Yeah, that's good. Yeah. 254 00:49:44.390 --> 00:49:45.420 Danielle Drew: Yeah, sure. 255 00:49:45.580 --> 00:49:52.920 Danielle Drew: Okay, Lizzie, are you okay to unmute yourself there? Share with us what you found most eye opening today. 256 00:49:52.920 --> 00:49:58.699 elizabethwilliams: As somebody who's absolutely terrified of it. I now do feel that I can do it. 257 00:49:58.840 --> 00:50:12.690 elizabethwilliams: and I also my business model in the past, or the one I've tried to set up in the past has always been bricks and mortar, but I now do see the incredible advantage and possibility of doing it online. 258 00:50:12.960 --> 00:50:28.070 Danielle Drew: Fantastic. That's why I asked you to come to this, Lizzie, because I thought, it's easier for me to show you in this environment than trying to reproduce it. Fantastic. And Kevin says, the power of Internet and platforms fantastic. So I'm going to ask each of you now to tell me in a single sentence. 259 00:50:28.070 --> 00:50:46.490 Danielle Drew: what's been the most useful part of this session for your business today, so that I can get a good feeling for what you have found most useful. So I might start with Caitlin. Who's been I I missed last time. So, Caitlin, what did you find most useful today? And then I'll go to Shane again. 260 00:50:48.740 --> 00:51:02.579 Caitlin: I found most useful, that there's a niche market for pretty much everything that you can think of, and somebody is always looking for what you think they may not want, but obviously there's a market for it. 261 00:51:02.900 --> 00:51:04.690 Caitlin: So that's what I found. 262 00:51:04.690 --> 00:51:14.900 Danielle Drew: Great a great answer, Caitlin, and I'll tell you something is like if you look at the communities that are available. There are knitting communities and pom-pom making communities crazy. Thank you. 263 00:51:15.715 --> 00:51:20.330 Danielle Drew: Shane! And then, Brett, so, Shane, what did you find most useful today? 264 00:51:20.643 --> 00:51:26.910 shane: Just knowing that there's platforms out there for a specific use of this. This is, yeah. Nice to know. 265 00:51:27.280 --> 00:51:32.789 Danielle Drew: Fantastic. Thank you for joining Shane Brett. And then, John. So, Brett, what did you find most useful today? 266 00:51:33.317 --> 00:51:43.449 Brett: Like, we obviously use the school program and a couple of things already. But the behind the scenes stuff that I can actually create my own version of that. So that should be fun. 267 00:51:43.790 --> 00:51:58.270 Danielle Drew: Excellent. Thank you and John, and then Tanya. So, Tanya, you've got an echo, so I might get you to put yours in the chat for me. I think there's a bit of feedback going on with your sound there. But I'll ask, John, what did you find most valuable today? 268 00:51:59.649 --> 00:52:09.819 John Masiello: Well, it's got me thinking about what niche I can produce, because martial arts is a massive genre, so to speak. But where's my strength. And what's my niche? And 269 00:52:10.370 --> 00:52:12.109 John Masiello: how do I? 270 00:52:12.580 --> 00:52:18.300 John Masiello: How do I display that in a unique way? That's that's gonna create a a market. 271 00:52:18.950 --> 00:52:25.039 Danielle Drew: Very interesting point. Let me give you a little pointer there, John, display it in a unique manner. 272 00:52:25.640 --> 00:52:28.560 Danielle Drew: There is a really easy way to do that. And that's you. 273 00:52:30.170 --> 00:52:32.569 Danielle Drew: Yeah, I do have. 274 00:52:32.970 --> 00:52:40.220 John Masiello: The video production background as well. That's my my career. So I can see the visual medium really 275 00:52:40.540 --> 00:52:42.099 John Masiello: helping as well. Yeah. 276 00:52:42.100 --> 00:52:57.080 Danielle Drew: Yeah. So you're in. You're obviously in in my group. So we can chat about that, too. And see what we can do. As far as that's concerned. Fantastic Yeti. And then Pablo so Yeti, what did you find was most valuable today? 277 00:53:01.660 --> 00:53:03.650 Danielle Drew: Don't forget to unmute there Yeti. 278 00:53:05.610 --> 00:53:27.110 yetti: Sorry about that. So I did not expect on this. The that there will be a dog training way of marketing. So that is very interesting, because a lot of people here in my neighborhood make they make a lot of money on watching dogs, walking dogs, so that really caught my attention. 279 00:53:27.110 --> 00:53:31.439 Danielle Drew: Fantastic. Thank you, Eddie and Pablo. What did you find most useful? 280 00:53:33.080 --> 00:53:35.360 Danielle Drew: Yes, you're muted there, Pablo. 281 00:53:36.690 --> 00:53:40.839 Danielle Drew: Sometimes it's a bit like a seance running a zoom call. Can you hear me? Are you there. 282 00:53:45.550 --> 00:53:47.909 Pablo: Mute. Okay, here we go. I'm back. 283 00:53:48.110 --> 00:53:50.200 Pablo: Lucky I've got Tanya beside me. 284 00:53:50.200 --> 00:53:50.640 Danielle Drew: Yes. 285 00:53:50.640 --> 00:53:52.581 Pablo: Oh, yeah, all right, it's 286 00:53:53.280 --> 00:53:56.380 Pablo: Look, it's to me it's it builds on credibility 287 00:53:57.040 --> 00:54:01.960 Pablo: in a very competitive market. So yeah, that's that's what that's what I always caught my eye. 288 00:54:02.490 --> 00:54:17.529 Danielle Drew: Awesome. Thank you, Pablo. Well done, and Lizzie and Kevin, if you could pop yours in the chat, please, Lizzie, I got you to unmute. Tanya says there's no limit to the opportunities you can create. Finding the right one is where it's at exactly. And Tanya again, you're in one of my communities. So we can talk about that further. 289 00:54:18.070 --> 00:54:20.540 elizabethwilliams: Do you want me to unmute or put it in the chat? Sorry. 290 00:54:20.540 --> 00:54:22.360 Danielle Drew: No, no, you're right to go, Lizzie. 291 00:54:22.360 --> 00:54:39.380 elizabethwilliams: Okay, this has just opened my mind to the huge possibilities, because I've always been very focused on, because it's healthy aging, only the old, old, but as younger people are getting older, they're now becoming a target audience as well. 292 00:54:39.740 --> 00:54:59.170 Danielle Drew: Fantastic. Thank you. So don't forget if you haven't already done so, and you are interested in joining under my link. Please have a look at the link. I'll also make it available in the communities for those people who are all part of the community. But I think, Shane, are you in any of our communities yet. 293 00:55:00.590 --> 00:55:02.130 Danielle Drew: up or down. 294 00:55:02.530 --> 00:55:22.153 Danielle Drew: Okay, you run the martial Arts school Caitlin. Can you put sold out studios? Link in there for Shane, please. So because you run a martial arts school, Shane, we're going to share a link with you to join sold out studios, which is about recruitment and retention, and we'll have that in there. Then, if you are interested so free to join, it's just about giving back to the industry. 295 00:55:22.430 --> 00:55:46.590 Danielle Drew: let me actually rephrase that it's not entirely about giving back to the industry, because in that group we're going to nurture you, and if you're a good fit for Efc, then we might offer you the opportunity to join. So that's the whole school community in action and a lead nurturing concept. I have a free group that potentially has an upgrade to another free group. But it's a membership option. But the idea is, it gives you the opportunity to 296 00:55:46.640 --> 00:56:02.959 Danielle Drew: help people and see if they're a good fit for your business, and if they are, you can make them an offer. If they're not, then they stay in that community, and they still learn and grow as well. And that increases your credibility. So click on that link in the chat there. If you've got it, Shane, we'll also make sure we email that to you in case you miss it 297 00:56:02.960 --> 00:56:18.900 Danielle Drew: for everybody else. Thank you so much for being here today. I hope you've found the time has been valuable to you. I look forward to helping you with your own school community. If that's something you would like to do going forward, and I wish everybody here a safe and happy holiday season. 298 00:56:18.900 --> 00:56:23.589 Danielle Drew: Merry Christmas to everybody, and I'll see you next time. My name is Danielle Drew. Have a great day. 299 00:56:23.590 --> 00:56:27.349 yetti: Thank you likewise. Merry Christmas, happy New Year! 300 00:56:27.820 --> 00:56:29.289 Danielle Drew: Thank you. Yeti. Bye, everyone.
