Another day, another step closer to building those habits! Day 16 felt like the routine is starting to click into place:
Habit 1: Cooking Plan 🍳 Plan: Made a quick and easy chickpea salad for lunch. It was fresh, filling, and so satisfying knowing I’m sticking to my plan.
Note to self: Chickpea was a wrong move, I found out I hate chickpeas. Lesson learned!
Habit 2: Walking Plan 🚶♀️ Plan: Walked a bit longer today, 20 minutes while listening to a podcast on productivity. Two wins in one!
Day 16 Challenge: Identify one habit I’ve stuck to and how it’s benefiting me.
it’s walking daily, it clears my mind and boosts my mood every time.
