Day 16: Leaning Into the Groove
Another day, another step closer to building those habits! Day 16 felt like the routine is starting to click into place:
Habit 1: Cooking Plan ๐Ÿณ Plan: Made a quick and easy chickpea salad for lunch. It was fresh, filling, and so satisfying knowing Iโ€™m sticking to my plan.
Note to self: Chickpea was a wrong move, I found out I hate chickpeas. Lesson learned!
Habit 2: Walking Plan ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ Plan: Walked a bit longer today, 20 minutes while listening to a podcast on productivity. Two wins in one!
Day 16 Challenge: Identify one habit Iโ€™ve stuck to and how itโ€™s benefiting me.
itโ€™s walking daily, it clears my mind and boosts my mood every time.
Reflection: Today was a good reminder that consistency doesnโ€™t have to feel hard once you get into a rhythm. Iโ€™m excited to see how these small changes will compound over time. Letโ€™s keep it up!
