Happy Saturday w/ ball handling
I am currently camping with my family at the lake in Michigan! It is one of my favorite things to do🏕️ Even when I am “on vacation” I still find time to get a little workout in and today my dad joined me. We rode our bikes to a local park and played on the monkey bars. I’m trying to increase my strength in my shoulders! We also have a basketball here at camp so I got some ball handling in as well🥳 As athletes sometimes we see working out as “work”, though it is a gift to be able to move with freedom. Focus on one thing to strength and one thing for basketball to practice Ball handling (game like - change heights and speed) x 3 times through 15 second x left & right pounds 30 seconds - crossovers 30 second - between the legs 30 second - behind the back 30 seconds combo Have fun!!

5k challenge Saturday!
I am doing a 5k on Saturday morning and then a 1k after with my little sister! Does anyone want to challenge themselves and participate by doing a virtual 5k that day with me (Or just 1k), like you do it where you are at a time good for you. Then we can share our experiences and talk about how it went! Let's go!

Sit up challenge
I'm going to challenge myself to a goal of 10 push ups on day 1 and adding 10 more each day. I will do this for 10 days. Anyone want to challenge themselves and join me?

Basketball practice
Just finished basketball practice. We worked on our buckets and defense and offense strategies. We did 7 laps and wrapped up with half court suicides. Great practice! 🏀

Starting TODAY - I, @Lincoln Gruner and @Braydon McMeekan started the Summer Push-Up Challenge! We started at 7 push-ups today on the call, and we’ll add ONE push-up every two days! Tomorrow will be 7 also… Tuesday - 8 push-ups Wednesday - 8 push-ups Thursday - 9 push-ups Friday - 9 push-ups Saturday - 10 push-ups Sunday - 10 push-ups Every Sunday meeting, we’ll do them together:)
