Hey, glad to be here - i was wondering how you all (Cory or other hubspot experts in this group) price your services. Cory, i know you mentioned you charge like $25k to do an intial buildout, but then do you get them on a monthly retainer? What does that cost usually?

Business is all about data. Imagine driving a car with no speedometer or fuel gauge. You wouldn’t know if you're going too fast or about to run out of gas. The same goes for your CRM. Good reporting helps you keep a close eye on key metrics like sales pipeline, customer retention, and lead conversion rates. You can quickly identify bottlenecks and areas where your team is excelling. Here is a PDF file with some basic yet SUPER effective reporting that we build out for clients on Hubspot. Whether or not you are on Hubspot, or even need to put this into Google Spreadsheets, it is very important to have proper tracking. You will have an extremely difficult time discovering any real constraints in your business if you do not have reporting.

Lead Response Management Study
As we start to build out this group, I will also drop some of the fundamentals I apply to all of my clients businesses, as well as my own. Lead response time is extremely important. Attached below is a study conducted across 400 companies over the course of 3 years.... Things like lead response time is a good summary as to why I started this group in the first place. If your lead response time is off, it won't matter how good your ad is, you will still fall victim to the fact that YOUR competitors likely have better response time, thus resulting in them robbing deals straight out of your inbox. I share this with all of my sales teams as well.
