What was your first hire?
Everyone's first hire is different...The only right answer to who your first hire should be is who you need the most at that given point in your agency to get back your time.
The first person I ever hired was a general assistant back in 2022.
For some people, it's media buyers, for others its closers and for others (like me) it's general VAs
What was your first hire, how did you find them and what was the biggest lesson you learnt from hiring them?
