🔍 How to Use the Board:
We make lists in Trello.
And use those lists as stages.
Create cards and move them throw each stages and remember at what point a lead is going.
Use checklists at each stage to stay on track.
♦️ In Trello we make 7 lists to do it.
Create all these lists.
1️⃣ Hot Lead
They are showing interested and reply to us on any platform.
We add that card on this list.
2️⃣ Call Offered
You've offered a discovery call or consultation.
We ask for time or share a email with them.
3️⃣ Call Booked
The call is scheduled and ready.
They booked a call and now the real work start.
4️⃣ Call Done
The call has been completed.
They show up.
5️⃣ Won
They agree to buy our service!
Now we onboard him.
6️⃣ Lost
Unfortunately, not all leads convert.
Document the reasons and learn from it.
They didn't agree to buy our service or we can't help them.
7️⃣ Long-Term Lead
The lead is interested but not ready now.
We will follow him month later.
Schedule follow-ups and keep nurturing.
• Move all cards through each lists as going.
• Create cards in morning daily it only takes 3 mint's
