Newbie question

Hi Rockstars, I'm new to this world of licensing. Just went through the New Money From Old Courses training. Following Travis' advice, I reached out to a couple influencers to get control of distribution first and got a few replies back. I just asked if they're open to collabs.

(For context (if it helps), most of them have their own low-ticket courses that solve only one or two problems for their audience, so there's plenty of room for other courses)

Questions:

How do you present the idea of licensing other courses to them? (kinda struggling to come up with a reply when they ask for details)
Is there a workaround for if the influencers want to be paid upfront?
